Health Tip -Eat A Salad
No Recipe today....Instead a healthy eating tip. Eat a salad. Green vegatables are good for you.

In a study of 42 women at Penn State University, those who ate a big, low-cal salad consumed 12 percent less pasta afterward — even though they were offered as much as they wanted. The secret, say researchers, is the sheer volume of a salad, which makes you feel too full to pig out.
A study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that people who ate one salad a day with dressing had higher levels of vitamins C and E, folic acid, lycopene, and carotenoids — all disease fighters — than those who didn't add salad to their daily menu.
Did you know that the tomatoes in your salads help to ward off Cancer? Well they do...All the more reason to eat a salad and enjoy a tall glass of Ice Tea with it in this hot weather.

Well this definitely wins above the struggling-with -stove ways as it saves many time. But what will make you opt for which one is the best one for you? It has the edge above the stove thingy but making side by side comparisons with other strenuous methods is easy but picking the best one is not. Many questions determine what stands out as the right for you.
What size will be the most appropriate for you?

If you cook each day and a maximum of 2 glasses of rice a 3-cup cooker are going to be sufficient. If you cook in the stove of 2-5 cups everyday a 5-cup cooker will complete the task. If you have guests over frequently for gatherings get a 10-cup cooker. If guests visits are incredibly infrequent buy a 5 glass cooker and cook the rice more than once. Why? It will save your inner pot from getting harmed.
