Nothing tastes better anytime of day than fried potatoes and onions...Heres's a recipe-It's really quite simple.
INGREDIENTS:
Onions Peppers
Red potatoes
Creole and garlic seasoning
Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Add diced potatoes (we prefer red) and a bit more oil,
season (we use creole and garlic seasoning), cook until tender.
Stirring regularly.
I remove from pan to drain excess oil.
I do both in oven and the electric skillet.
Enjoy.
