INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds | chicken wings |
1 6-ounce can | tomato paste |
4 tablespoons | honey |
1 tablespoon | molasses |
1 teaspoon | dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
1 ½ teaspoons | apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | paprika |
2 tablespoons | butter |
½ cup | Franks Red Hot |
add pinch | salt |
Bring all ingredients except for wings to a boil. Bring heat down and let simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to combine.
Toss half of the sauce with the wings and let marinate for at least one hour.
Preheat the broiler to high. Broil for 12-15 minutes or until the skin is getting crispy and charred in a few spots.
Flip and broil another 12 minutes.
Toss with remaining sauce and serve..
Enjoy with Cole Slaw..
